I know you can update your website yourself, but I am here to make it so much easier. Then you can focus on the other million things that your business needs from you.

The idea of this package is for you to be able to send over updates throughout the month and have them taken care of quickly and efficiently by an expert. You can send over any maintenance style updates that could include:
- ADDING A DROP-DOWN TO NAVIGATION
- REDESIGNING THE FOOTER
- UPDATING ALT TEXT ON IMAGES
- ADDING A BANNER TO THE TOP OF A PAGE PROMOTING A SERVICE
Additional Updates That Can Be Made
If you feel like you don't have any updates throughout the month, I will have a list ready-to-go of things we can do on your site. These tasks could include:
Refreshing an entire page
Adding a lead magnet (from canvas design to flodesk set-up for example)
CREATING A BLOG POST

How We Will Communicate
Honestly, I'm super casual and don't enjoy using portals or anything. Send me what you need via email and I'll keep track of what we do during the month in an easily accessible Google Doc.
SEND AN EMAIL
We will have a dedicated Google Drive folder where I will keep our running Google doc of tasks, and a place to put any images or copy needed during updates.
GOOGLE DRIVE
I love voice memos for talking things out and quick communication back and forth! Voxer, Slack or even Instagram voice memos are great. For any specific tasks, we will use the Google Doc, because voice memos sometimes go into the black hole of my brain.

Important Information About Timing of Updates
Since you are part of this package you will always be top of my priority list, but there are a few thing you should know:
UPDATES MADE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS
I will make updates within 24-48 hours of receiving them, during business hours. My business hours for this package are 10am-2pm, Eastern time, Monday through Thursday.
WEEKENDS & EVENINGS ARE FOR FAMILY
Family and life always comes before work for me, and I hope it does for you as well. I will not be available in the evenings or on weekends. If I'm planning to be away on a random day, I will communicate that with you ahead of time.
MONTHLY CHECK-INS
I will check in at the beginning of the month for any known updates or projects you want to work on during the next month. I will also check in half-way through the month with an update on where we are at within our working time together. This is when I will offer any additional maintenance projects we can complete, or talk about adding additional hours if that is the case.
Contracts & Payments
This package is a 3-month commitment which will start on the day you sign the contract and make your first payment.
UP TO 2 HOURS OF WORK within 30 days
This package covers up to 2 hours of work within 30 days. Depending on what you need done during the month we can communicate the tasks that will be accomplished and I will always let you know when you are closet to approaching your monthly limit.
WHEN ADDITIONAL TIME IS NEEDED
If we are working on a larger project, such as a page re-design or significant design updates, we can communicate the best action to take. If additional hours are needed within the month, they will be charged at an hourly rate of $125/hour. This will either be added onto the invoice for the next month or a separate invoice, whichever you prefer.
when less time is needed
A website is never done. There are always updates that need to be made - whether that is portfolio updates, SEO work on a specific page, a re-design to refresh your page, etc.. I will always have a list of updates that we can make.
3-MONTH COMMITMENT
This package is a consecutive three month commitment. You will pay at the beginning of your 30 days, for work the next 30 days. The first day of our contract will be considered day one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the refunds or discounts if I don't use all of the time?
There will be no refunds or discounts. I will have an on-going list of projects that we can do to make your website even better, and if you don't have any updates we can tackle the list I have for your site!
How many hours of work will I get during my month?
I don't typically work "by hour" but if it helps, this package covers up to 2 hours of work within 30 days. If a task comes up that is beyond the scope of work, I will communicate prior to starting the task and we will talk about the best action.
What is the payment schedule for this package?
The package follows a 30-day format. Day one will be considered the official start date when you sign the contract. Then it will automatically be renewed with the payment you provide every 30 days.
What if I don't need 3-months of updates?
There are always updates that we can do to your site. This package requires a consecutive 3 month commitment, and we will always have a running list in a Google doc. I promise there is always something to update on your site.
How will I know what updates are 'too much'?
I am very flexible, so if there is a heavier task such as new pages or page refreshes, it will all depend on what we accomplish during the month. We can always plan these tasks out to the next month if you have had a lot of updates in the current month. No worries, we will figure it out!
What is the turnaround time for you to make the updates?
Since you are on this package, I will make all updates within 48 hours of receiving them. I will not make updates past 2pm Eastern Time, on weekends or on holidays. I will also be sure to communicate with you any scheduled time off that I have planned for my family.
