I customize each investment by project. Lots can change based on the complexity of the site, the number and length of pages, etc. I'm super flexible, and here for you!

Full Site Development
You have designed the site in the program of your choice (Canva, Figma, Illustrator, etc.) and need it built out in Showit.
Projects are quoted based on the complexity of pages needed.
A typical five-page development project starts at $1429.

- Five main pages (Home, About, Services, Contact and Blog (blog page + single post page)
- Mobile optimization
- Set up of pages (404, Policies)
- Basic SEO set-up (text tags, canvas order, title and meta descriptions)
- Image optimization (resized and compressed, named appropriately before loading into Showit, plus alt text for up to 5 images per page)
- Transitions & necessary embeds
- 2 rounds of revisions
- 4-6 business days to be completed based on complexity of pages

- Images/video that are used (I will optimize these)
- Brand files (logos, hex codes, etc.)
- Font files (if applicable)
- Any embed codes that are needed (for contact forms, email marketing, etc.)
- Access to Showit account for building (either yours or the client - whichever you prefer!)
After I'm done building the site, I will send you any notes that I've taken during the process. This could include things that are missing, a list of things that need to be linked, and any other notes about the site design that I want to mention to you.
If you have any feedback I find that recording a Loom video is really the best way! I will make any revisions within 24-48 hours so you aren't waiting on me. I'm happy to make any revisions that your client has as well after they review the site!
Template Customizations
You remain the main point of contact with the contact and collect everything that is needed, and I execute the customization.
Projects are quoted based on the number of pages needed.

Invoicing
- Keyword research and analysis (including their current status)
- Competitor research (3-5 competitors)
- Keyword implementation for one page (includes keyword placed in 3-4 places, 5 images with alt text, page title and meta-description, keyword placed in footer paragraph)
- Canva PDF with analysis and implementation branded to YOUR business
$450 (+ an additional $129 per page if additional pages are needed)
After I receive all of the information from you, it will take approximately 5 days for me to do the keyword research and come up with results to send to your client. I will suggest the keyword to use on the page(s) and after they approve I will implement on their site.
I will also provide the Google sheet of analysis to you as well as a video so you know how I came up with the keyword selection. Feel free to send these to your client, or keep it for yourself!

Tracking within the month
You have a couple options as far as invoicing. I can invoice by the project, or keep track of what projects are completed through the month and send you one invoice at the end of the month. Whatever you prefer I can do for you!

Project heads up + client files + need to know info
You have a project coming up that you're ready to hand off. Give me a heads up of approximately when it will start, and then get everything together that I will need into whatever system you use. Some designers send a video going through important facts/details too.
Hand-off to you + revisions + My Invoice
When I'm done I'll send over the project with any notes that I have. This could be anything from what I might be missing to things that might jump out at me. Invoicing can be completed either before the project start or after I hand off, whatever you prefer.

About Showit White Label Design
What is the turnaround time for a showit white label project?
Since I have a variety of white label services - from full site builds to miscellaneous tasks, it really depends! To get an idea, take a look at my examples above, or email me and tell me about your project! I'll give you an idea. You can always expect a quick turnaround with quality.
What do you need to quote a project that is coming up?
A really like to have a good idea of the project scope before I quote. The number of pages and the complexity is very helpful. For example, the price is going to fluctuate if you need help with 5 full pages vs. 5 smaller pages. The more details the better!
What do you need before you start a showit white label project with me?
Typically I am sent a Google Drive (or Dropbox) with everything I need which includes copy, brand images, logos, fonts, and if you want you can send me a Loom video with a "tour" of where everything is or any special notes I should know about the project prior to me starting.
What is the revision & launch process with showit white label projects?
With any project, I will send you what I completed and anticipate at least 2 revisions from you and one from the client. Honestly, I am not picky though! I'm here to help you and typically whatever revisions need to be done I will do for you. If you need help moving designs to your client's account and launching, I can help with that too!
How does payment work for showit white label projects?
We can match up with your payment schedule with your client. For example, if they select a 4-month payment plan we can split my fee into 4 payments to match that schedule. I'm super flexible, so let's chat if you have any questions!
As a designer, I use specific project management systems & communication tools - can you use them too?
Yes, absolutely. I am here for you, so I can work within any project management system or communication preference you have. I am comfortable making status changes and making notes however you would like!
Do you require site credit on any showit white label work you do?
Absolutely not. The idea of white label work, to me, is that I am supporting you. I always leave it up to you if you want to tell the client if you have design or development support. The best compliment you can give me is to recommend me to other designers you know!
